How do I book services with Embouchure?
All projects begin with our online intake form. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a proposal, agreement, and invoice. Your booking is confirmed after payment is received.
Informal requests via social media are not considered official bookings.
Do you offer recording sessions?
Most projects are completed using client-provided recordings.
When in-person recording is required, sessions may be scheduled at affiliate facilities. Studio rental fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in advance.
Availability is limited and subject to approval.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on project scope, number of songs, turnaround time, and service level.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes.

When should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for multi-song projects or time-sensitive releases.

What are your turnaround times?
Standard turnaround times:

Turnaround begins after all files, payments, and approvals are received.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes:

What files will I receive?
After final approval, standard audio deliverables include:

How will I receive my files?
All final files are delivered through the FilePass portal or secure digital transfer.
Downloads are unlocked once the final balance is paid.
Do you offer mastering only?
Yes. We offer standalone mastering services with full payment required upfront.
Do you work with self-recorded or home studio projects?
Yes.
Many clients record remotely. However, clients are responsible for audio quality and organization. Extensive cleanup or editing may incur additional fees.
Do you provide beats or production?
We offer custom production and arrangement services.
Please indicate your needs in the intake form so appropriate time and resources can be allocated.
How should I prepare my files for mixing or mastering?
After booking, you will receive submission guidelines outlining required formats, labeling, and export settings.
Following these guidelines ensures faster turnaround and better results.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Booking Policy.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Rush fees apply and are determined based on project scope and timeline.
Do you work with labels, brands, or corporate clients?
Yes. We work with independent artists, companies, organizations, and institutional partners.

Who owns the final work?
Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights.
Embouchure retains copyright for portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
Do you accept interns?
At this time, we do not offer internship placements.
